Raquelle Headley, M.D., joined C&D's Family Practice team in September 2009.

Dr. Headley completed her residency at Shands Hospital, Gainesville, FL in 2008, and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She received her medical degree from Columbia University, New York, NY.

Roger Montenegro, M.D., joined C&D's Gastroenterology team in August 2009. He specializes in Gastroenterology, Hepatology and advance therapeutic endoscopy, including biliary endoscopy.

Dr Montenegro completed his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Cook County Hospital-Stroger Hospital, Chicago, IL in 2009, and is Board Certified in Gastroenterology. He also completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Cook County Hospital-Stroger Hospital, Chicago, IL in 2005, and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara.

Lourdes Pelaez-Echevarria, DO, FACOS, joined C&D's Surgery team in January 2008.

Dr. Pelaez completed her residency at Kennedy Memorial Hospital in 1999, and is a Fellow of Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery.  She received her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University of the Health Sciences.
