Cheryl Bell, director of registration and satellites, gave out smiles and backpacks at the "Back to School Blast", held Saturday, July 28, 2007, at the Lakeland Center.

Several C&D staffers volunteered at the event, which helps families meet the cost of preparing their children for school.
